Accounts Payable Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies. Maintain vendor records and ensure compliance with payment terms. Accounts Receivable Monitor and chase outstanding payments. Allocate incoming payments accurately. Reconcile General Finance Support Support bank reconciliations Maintain accurate financial records and documentation. What do we need from you? Essential Proven experience in a similar finance or accounts assistant role. Strong working knowledge of NetSuite ERP. Solid understanding of AR and AP processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Desirable AAT qualification or working towards it. Experience in a multi-entity or international finance environment. Familiarity with automated invoice processing tools. What is in it for you?
