Roles and Responsibility

Develop and execute business growth strategies to drive revenue expansion.
Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and services.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients.
Build and maintain a strong understanding of the company's products and services.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in IT enabled services, BPO, or CRM industry.
Strong knowledge of business development principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with international clients is an asset.
A graduate degree is required for this position.
