Job Title: BFSI Trainer Location: Indore (Local candidates preferred / Open to relocation) Experience: 1–5 years Job Type: Full-time/Part-time/Freelance Job Overview: We are seeking a qualified BFSI Trainer with strong subject matter expertise in banking, financial services, and insurance. The trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging sessions, creating content, and mentoring learners to become industry-ready. Qualifications: Education: CA / MBA (Finance) / Graduate in Finance / NISM-certified Experience: 1–5 years in BFSI sector or training/academic roles Preferred: Experience in training students will be an added advantage Key Skills: In-depth BFSI knowledge Strong communication & presentation skills Passion for teaching and simplifying finance concepts Academic/training background preferred Responsibilities: Plan, design, and deliver effective training sessions on BFSI concepts Create and update relevant learning materials and assessments Facilitate interactive learning through real-world examples and case studies Monitor student progress and provide feedback for improvement Stay updated with current trends and changes in the BFSI industry Collaborate with academic and operations teams to enhance training quality If you're passionate about teaching and want to shape future finance professionals, we’d love to hear from you!
