Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position based in Bhopal, MP for a BFSI Trainer. The BFSI Trainer will deliver training sessions focused on banking, financial services, and insurance (BFSI) content to trainees. Key responsibilities include preparing and delivering course materials, conducting assessments, evaluating trainees’ progress, and staying up-to-date with the latest BFSI industry trends. The trainer will foster a learning-focused environment and ensure that the course objectives align with industry and institutional standards.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and expertise in Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) domains
• Effective communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
• Ability to create and adapt instructional materials for diverse learner groups
• Experience with conducting assessments and analyzing performance metrics
• Proficiency in time-management and organizational skills
• A professional attitude with a passion for teaching and mentoring
• Educational background in finance, commerce, or related fields will be beneficial
• Relevant certifications in BFSI or training methodologies are an advantage
