BFSI Trainer

As a BFSI Trainer for ETASHA Society's Project AtmaNirbhar expanding to Greater Noida and Gurugram, your role will involve preparing young individuals from less privileged backgrounds for employment in the organized sector. Your key responsibilities will include: - Delivering high-quality training sessions on various BFSI modules such as Banking basics, Insurance products, Mutual Funds, Financial Literacy, Customer Service, and Regulatory Guidelines like KYC and AML. - Conducting pre- and post-assessments to evaluate the learning outcomes of the trainees. - Creating an engaging learning environment through interactive training methods. - Maintaining training records, attendance, and reports. - Supporting trainees in understanding career paths and job readiness in the BFSI sector. - Coordinating with placement teams for a smooth transition to employment. To excel in this role, you should have: - A graduate or postgraduate degree in Finance, Commerce, or related fields. - A minimum of 2-3 years of experience working in or training for BFSI operations. - Strong communication and facilitation skills. - The ability to connect with youth from diverse backgrounds. - Certification in BFSI training or NISM/NISM modules.
