Enlightenment Academy of Global Learning and Enrichment LLP is a Centre of Excellence specializing in executive coaching, mentoring, and leadership training. The organization focuses on customized training, financial literacy, and skills development across diverse sectors, including insurance, banking, financial services, manufacturing, and Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs/CSR). Using methodologies such as NLP, MBTI, FIRO-B, Emotional Intelligence, and more, Enlightenment Academy fosters growth and development for individuals and organizations. Their mission is to empower professionals with the skills needed to excel in their respective domains.

Role Description

This is a full-time/ part time on-site role for a BFSI Trainer, based in Indore. The BFSI Trainer will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training to the students under our skill development programs.

Qualifications

Expertise in BFSI domain, including in-depth knowledge of banking, financial services, and insurance concepts and practices
Strong communication, presentation, and public speaking skills with the ability to effectively engage and inspire learners
Proficiency in training methodologies, instructional design, and adult learning principles
Experience in developing training materials, conducting needs assessments, and evaluating program effectiveness
Proficiency in tools such as MS Office Suite and familiarity with learning platforms or LMS software
Strong leadership, organizational, and collaboration abilities to align training initiatives with business objectives
Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field (e.g., Finance, Business, Education) is preferred
