As a BFSI Trainer with 15 years of experience in the banking, financial services, and insurance sector, your primary role will involve delivering engaging training sessions, developing content, and guiding learners to excel in the industry. Your expertise in CA, MBA (Finance), Graduate in Finance, or NISM certification will be crucial for this role, along with a strong background in training or academic positions. Experience in training students would be an added advantage. Your responsibilities will include planning and executing training programs on BFSI topics, updating learning materials, and conducting interactive sessions using real-world examples and case studies. Monitoring student progress, providing feedback, and staying abreast of industry trends will also be part of your duties. Collaboration with academic and operations teams to enhance training quality will be essential. Key skills required for this role include a deep understanding of BFSI concepts, excellent communication and presentation skills, a passion for simplifying finance concepts, and a preference for an academic/training background.
