Job Description

As an Electrical and Control Systems Engineer at the company, your role will involve designing and detailed engineering of Electrical and control systems aspect of ESS solutions. You will be responsible for sizing and finalizing Battery capacity according to the requirements of various global tenders. Additionally, you will design and integrate BESS systems for utility scale (stand-alone), micro-grids, and solar hybrid BESS systems, including large building, containerized, and modular systems (both DC and AC coupled). You will serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for BESS related technical discussions with various Global developers and Vendors. Your responsibilities will include the preparation of technical specifications, designing of Electrical panels, Cable sizing, Busbar sizing, Switchgear selection, integration of Battery packs, hardware, and software parts. Qualifications Required: - Basic knowledge of solar and wind power plant designing concepts - Basic understanding of energy yield concepts of solar and wind plants using simulation software such as PV SYST/ Windpro etc - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint presentation - Experience with data analytic software such as Power BI, Tableau etc, although not essential, is preferable - Strong analytical and mathematical skills - Time management and professionalism - A growth mindset and willingness to accept criticism The company you will be working for is Tractebel, a part of Tractebel Div2 under the legal entity TRACTEBEL ENGINEERING PRIVATE LIMITED (IN).
