BESS Design Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Designing and detailed engineering of electrical and control systems aspect of ESS solutions.
• Sizing and battery Capacity Finalization as per the requirement of various global tenders
• Design and Integrate Bess systems for the utility scale (stand - Alone), Micro grids and solar Hybrid Bess Systems Including Large Building Containerized, and modular systems (both DC and AC Coupled).
• SPOC for BESS Related Technical Discussion with various global developers and vendors
• Preparation of technical specifications
• Designing of Electrical panels, Cable sizing, Busbar Sizing, switchgear selection etc.
• Integration of battery packs, hardware and its software and its software part
• must have basic knowledge of solar and power plant designing concepts
• Basic understanding of energy yield concepts of solar and wind plants using simulation software such as PV SYST/Windpro etc...
• Proficient in Microsoft word, excel, PowerPoint presentation
• Experience with data analytic software such as power BI, Tableau etc Although not essential but preferable
• Creating documents writing reports according to specifications
• Strong Analytical and mathematical Skills
• Time management and professionalism
• A growth mind set and willingness to accept criticism
