Hiring for US benefits for one of the esteemed client

Exp - 3+ years

Notice period - 60 Days Nego

Location - Bangalore

Salary - As per company Norms

Shift - Regular shift

Mode of Work - Hybrid

Key skills - US benefits administration specially in Health & welfare and Retirement , Enrolment process, vendor negotiation,

Responsibilities

1. Manages the day-to-day relationship with the firms Third Party Administrator (TPA) and other outside vendors for firm benefit plans.

2.Assists in the annual open enrollment process by providing necessary information to the firms TPA and broker/consultants, ensuring accuracy of plan information, and completing analysis of enrollment trends.

3. Leads efforts with broker/consultants to conduct annual non-discrimination testing.

4. Supports the administration of the 401k and Employees Retirement plans and Partner Retirement Plans as needed.
