Benwiz Infoservices is expanding our Benefits Administration team and we are looking for fresh MBAs / BBA / B.Com / HR graduates who want to build a strong career in US Employee Benefits & HR Operations.

📍 Location: Ravet / Pimpri-Chinchwad (Work From Office)

🕒 Shift: US Shift (Evening–Night)

💼 Experience: 0–2 years

💰 Compensation: ₹2.8 – ₹4.8 LPA (Fresher positions)

🎓 Internship: 3–6 months | Stipend ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 | PPO available

What we’re looking for:

✔ Strong English communication (written + spoken)

✔ Good Excel skills

✔ Attention to detail

✔ Interest in HR / Benefits / US processes

✔ Eagerness to learn and grow in a process-driven environment

What you’ll do:

• Support US employees with benefits enrollment

• Work on healthcare, dental, vision, FSA, HSA & other benefits tasks

• Handle sensitive data with accuracy

• Coordinate with clients in the US

• Participate in ongoing training & development
