Process Associate – US Employee Benefits

professional entry-level role (0–3 years of experience)

Ravet office (Pimpri–Chinchwad) in a Hybrid model

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and update employee benefits programs including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance plans
• Process benefits enrollments, terminations, and changes as per US guidelines
• Communicate benefits information to employees and HR teams
• Coordinate with US clients and insurance carriers
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and compliance data
• Review, analyze, and resolve benefits-related issues
• Support audits and reporting requirements
• Work collaboratively in a structured, process-driven environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field

• 0–3 years of experience

  (fresh graduates with strong communication and analytical skills are welcome)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office applications
• Ability to multitask and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in HR Operations, Employee Benefits, or US Healthcare workflows
