Key Responsibilities:

Consultant Marketing

  • Market

    bench candidates (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC)

    to prime vendors, direct clients, and staffing partners.
  • Present consultants for suitable job openings and submit high-quality profiles.
  • Manage the

    full sales cycle

    , from job requirement sourcing to interview and placement.

Vendor & Client Coordination

  • Build strong relationships with

    Tier-1 vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients

    .
  • Coordinate rate negotiations, interview schedules, onboarding, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain an updated vendor database to maximise marketing reach.

Requirement Management

  • Proactively gather daily job requirements from job portals, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Match consultant skills with open roles and ensure timely submissions.
  • Prepare and edit resumes to best highlight consultant strengths.

Consultant Engagement

  • Maintain daily communication with bench consultants regarding marketing status.
  • Guide consultants on interview preparation and support them through onboarding.
  • Ensure transparency, compliance, and smooth documentation processes.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Track submissions, interviews, offers, and placements.
  • Maintain detailed activity logs and weekly performance reports.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2–6 years

    of proven experience in

    US IT Bench Sales

    .
  • Solid understanding of

    US work visas

    (H1B, OPT, CPT, STEM OPT, GC, USC).
  • Strong network of

    vendors, clients, and implementation partners

    .
  • Hands-on experience with job portals:

    Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Indeed

    .
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work

    night shift (US timings)

    .
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work in a target-driven environment.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a

    staffing or consulting environment

    .
  • Proven track record of placing multiple consultants monthly.
  • Knowledge of

    W2, 1099, C2C

    tax terms.
