Overview :

Bench Sales Recruiter & US IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities :

Bench Sales Recruitment

  • Marketing & Submissions:

    Actively market and submit our consultants (on the bench) to Tier 1 vendors and direct clients for their open requirements.
  • VMS/Job Portals:

    Utilize various Vendor Management Systems (VMS) and job boards (Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, etc.) to identify and secure suitable contract opportunities for bench consultants.
  • Negotiation:

    Skillfully negotiate rates with vendors and clients to ensure maximum profitability.
  • Relationship Management:

    Build and maintain strong, effective working relationships with vendors, prime contractors, and clients.
  • Consultant Management:

    Work closely with consultants, understanding their skills, preferred roles, and availability.

US IT Recruitment

  • Sourcing:

    Source, screen, and interview qualified IT candidates (W2 and C2C) for both internal (bench) and direct client needs.
  • Technology Focus:

    Recruit for a wide range of technologies, including but not limited to

    Java, .NET, DevOps, Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), Data Science, UI/UX, QA, and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)

    .
  • Full Cycle Recruitment:

    Manage the entire recruitment process from initial job posting and sourcing through to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Compliance:

    Ensure all hiring practices comply with US labor laws and visa regulations (e.g., H1B transfers, OPT/CPT to H1B).
  • Database Management:

    Maintain and update candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience:

    Minimum of

    2-5 years of experience

    in both

    Bench Sales

    and

    US IT Staffing

    .
  • Market Knowledge:

    In-depth knowledge of the US IT staffing market, including competitive rate structures and current technological trends.
  • Immigration Knowledge:

    Solid understanding of different US work visas (H1B, GC, US Citizen, EAD, OPT/CPT) and various employment types (W2, C2C).
  • Communication:

    Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to network and negotiate effectively.
  • Time Management:

    Proven ability to manage multiple requirements and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Shift:

    Must be willing to work in

    US shift hours

    (e.g., Evening/Night shift in India) to align with US business operations.
