Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Bench Sales Recruiter. The Bench Sales Recruiter will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment cycle, marketing US profile. Daily tasks include developing and maintaining client relationships, understanding client needs, matching candidates to job requirements, and ensuring a Placement for candidate. The role also involves account management and providing excellent communication and support to candidates, helping them achieve their career goals.

Available Openings

1. Jr. BSR (Freshers - 3 Months)
2. Mid Sr. BSR (4 Months - 1 Year)
3. Sr. BSR (1Year & Above)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Build and manage long-term relationships with clients to understand their IT needs

2. Actively market our bench consultants to suitable roles across clients

3. Independently source, screen, and place IT consultants

4. Stay on top of market trends to enhance placement strategies

5. Track performance metrics to drive continuous improvement

6. Commit full-time to drive consistency and client satisfaction
