Job Title: Bench Sales Recruiter (Fresher) Location: Hyderabad Experience: 0–1 Year Employment Type: Full-time About the Role: We are looking for a passionate and driven Bench Sales Recruiter (Fresher) to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity to kickstart your career in IT staffing and recruitment with full training and mentorship. Key Responsibilities: Market and place IT consultants on bench (US Citizens, GC, H1B, etc.) with clients and vendors. Develop relationships with implementation partners and direct clients. Submit consultants to job requirements and follow up for interview schedules. Maintain and update internal database with consultant records. Coordinate with consultants throughout the recruitment process. Requirements: Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Willingness to work in US time zones.
