Job Title: Non IT Bench Sales Recruiter

Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic, results-oriented professional to join our team as a Bench Sales & Vendor Relations Specialist. This individual will play a key role in marketing bench candidates and fostering new business opportunities with vendors and corporate clients across the Industrial Manufacturing and Medical Devices sectors in the U.S. market.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively market bench candidates across Non-IT Engineering roles using job portals, LinkedIn, and professional networks.
Identify and establish relationships with vendors and corporate clients, particularly those open to Corp-to-Corp (C2C) engagements.
Source and qualify new vendor leads and develop partnerships for ongoing requirements.
Negotiate rates and terms with vendors, ensuring mutually beneficial relationships.
Work closely with internal recruiters and consultants to obtain resumes, support rate negotiations, and assist in interview coordination and candidate onboarding.
Plan and coordinate candidate training, interview schedules, and placement processes.
Maintain a consistent pipeline of client requirements and ensure alignment with company goals.
Required Experience & Skills:
3–5 years of proven experience in US Bench Sales and Recruiting ( Non-IT domains).
Strong track record in non-IT hiring across sectors such as Manufacturing, Engineering, Pharma, and Medical Devices.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Hands-on experience working with various work visa types including CPT, OPT, H1B, H4-EAD, GC-EAD, GC, and USC.
Demonstrated knowledge in hiring for roles like Validation, Quality Engineering, Quality Assurance, Process Engineering, and Computer Systems Validation.
Expertise using job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, Glassdoor, and LinkedIn.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with implementation partners and prime vendors.
Highly organized, multitasker, and quick learner with a team-oriented mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in staffing for Medical device clients.
Exposure to Pharma, and medical devices industries is highly desirable.
Proficiency with CRM is a plus.
