Screen, evaluate, and coordinate interviews with candidates. Maintain candidate pipelines and track recruitment activity in ATS or internal database. Communicate effectively with consultants and hiring teams. Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Eagerness to learn about IT technologies and recruitment strategies.
