Job Title: Bench Sales Recruiter

About Us:

Key Responsibilities:

• Market candidates on bench (H1B, GC, CPT, OPT, EAD, USC)

  to direct clients and tier-1 vendors
• Build and maintain relationships with

  prime vendors, direct clients, and implementation partners

• Onboard and retain H1B consultants

  looking for transfer and build a pipeline of strong talent
• Identify suitable job requirements and proactively submit bench candidates
• Negotiate

  contract terms and rate confirmation

  with vendors and clients

• Track and report candidate submissions, interviews, and closures

• Ensure all candidate profiles are well-presented with accurate formatting and highlights
• Coordinate with internal teams for resume editing, compliance, and onboarding

Required Skills:

• 2–6 years of proven experience in Bench Sales (US IT Staffing)

• Strong experience marketing

  H1B/GC/Citizen

  consultants
• Must have

  existing vendor contacts and client relationships

• Knowledge of

  H1B transfer process

  and compliance
• Experience working with

  Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and job portals

• Strong understanding of

  IT technologies

  – Java, .NET, DevOps, Cloud, Data, Salesforce, etc.
• Excellent

  spoken and written English

  for daily communication with vendors and consultants
• Ability to

  work independently and meet aggressive targets
