Key Responsibilities:-
Full cycle of Sales, including submitting consultants, negotiating rates, and closing deals.Developing a strong Vendor network for quick candidate placements.Submitting candidates for suitable positions and managing rates and interviews.- Maintaining an updated database, preparing reports, and ensuring organizational efficiency. Utilizing excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.

Requirements:-
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.Proficiency in job portals like Monster, Career Builder, and Dice.Familiarity with US Tax terms and working with American vendors.Strong technical background.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in H1B marketing techniques.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
