Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market bench consultants (H1B, GC, OPT, CPT) to prime vendors and direct clients
  • Submit consultant profiles on major job portals and job boards
  • Maintain strong vendor/client relationships for continuous business opportunities
  • Negotiate rates and ensure smooth onboarding of consultants
  • Monitor consultant performance post-placement and provide necessary support
  • Meet and exceed hiring and submission targets consistently
  • Ensure accurate documentation and follow-up for all submissions
  • Coordinate with the internal recruitment team and consultants for updates

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline

Experience:

  • 25 years of proven experience in US IT Bench Sales recruiting
