Key Responsibilities: Market bench consultants (H1B, GC, OPT, CPT) to prime vendors and direct clients Submit consultant profiles on major job portals and job boards Maintain strong vendor/client relationships for continuous business opportunities Negotiate rates and ensure smooth onboarding of consultants Monitor consultant performance post-placement and provide necessary support Meet and exceed hiring and submission targets consistently Ensure accurate documentation and follow-up for all submissions Coordinate with the internal recruitment team and consultants for updates Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any discipline Experience: 25 years of proven experience in US IT Bench Sales recruiting
