Role & responsibilities: Market and place bench candidates (US Citizens, GC, H1B, OPT, CPT, etc.) with direct clients and tier-1 vendors. Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants through regular follow-ups and updates. Collaborate with sales and recruiting teams to understand client requirements and match suitable bench resources. Source opportunities using job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), social media (LinkedIn), and internal databases. Negotiate rates and terms with clients and vendors to ensure successful placements. Maintain detailed records of submissions, interviews, and placements using ATS/CRM tools. Ensure compliance with US staffing regulations and company policies. Coordinate interviews and follow-ups between consultants and clients. Preferred candidate profile: Education: Any Graduate Experience: 1- 3 years in US IT Bench Sales (for experienced role) Skills & Attributes: Excellent communication and negotiation skills Familiarity with US work visas and employment types Proficiency in job boards, LinkedIn, and CRM tools Ability to work in US time zones and thrive in a fast-paced environment Number of positions open: 1. Experienced Bench Sales Recruiter: 1- 3 years of relevant experience required (Preferred specialized OPT sales recruiter). 2. Fresher Bench Sales Recruiter: Training will be provided. 3. English Fluent Bench Sales Recruiter: Strong spoken English skills required; experience is a plus but not mandatory (IT Technical Recruiter).
