Role Overview

Junior Business Development Executive / Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, generate, and qualify new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.
• Assist senior BDMs in preparing proposals, presentations, and client pitches.
• Maintain and update CRM databases with lead and prospect information.
• Support in managing end-to-end sales cycles — from prospecting to closure.
• Develop a strong understanding of Revinfotech’s products and services (FinTech, Blockchain, Web & App Development, UI/UX, etc.).
• Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, delivery, and design) to ensure client satisfaction.
• Achieve assigned lead generation and sales targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client servicing (IT or tech industry preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal).
• Basic understanding of IT services, digital solutions, and emerging technologies.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and MS Office Suite.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
