Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Identify, pitch, and onboard schools/coaching institutes for academic partnerships.
  • Drive sales for products like study materials, test generators, offline/CBT exams, and school-integrated programs.
  • Conduct school visits, product demos, and relationship-building meetings.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
  • Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for seamless onboarding and support.
  • Provide regular sales reports, market insights, and competitor analysis.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3 - 4 years' prior industry related business development experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
  • Focused and goal-oriented
