 Perseverance Ability to push hard and good negotiation skills Organized approachJob Responsibilities and Duties Research and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands toidentify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends. Use sales forecasting methods and techniques to analyze and filter serious leads.Manage the lead pipeline effectively, ensuring that potential clients are followed upwith in a timely and consistent manner. Develop strong relationships with industry professionals and key stakeholders topromote Villas & Pods products, creating long-lasting business connections. Review market analysis and meet with clients to assess their current and future needs,ensuring the company maintains a quality relationship with each customer Ensure continuous follow-ups with prospective leads, addressing client queries, andproviding necessary information. Engage in constructive dialogues to close deals andconvert leads into clients. Develop and implement innovative sales campaigns and strategies to attract newcustomers while retaining existing ones. Work towards driving revenue and marketexpansion. Represent Villas & Pods at industry conferences, meetings, and events toincrease the company’s market presence and foster professional relationships. Work closely with other departments, such as the Design Team, to support salesinitiatives and ensure smooth execution of projects. Set clear and achievable sales targets, regularly tracking progress and makingadjustments to strategies to ensure targets are met or exceeded. Prepare and present detailed sales reports to senior management, providing insightsonperformance, challenges, and recommendations for growth Keep abreast of the latest industry trends, market developments, and competitorstrategies to refine sales approaches and maintain a competitive edge. Use strong negotiation skills to close high-value deals that contribute to the profitablegrowth of the business.The ideal candidate should be dynamic, self-motivated, and eager to contribute towardsexpanding Villas & Pods market share through innovative strategies, strongclientrelationships, and effective sales practices.
