Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a BDM - Mechanical (Bidding & Estimation) located in Surat. The role involves developing and managing business relationships, preparing and submitting bids, estimating project costs, and negotiating contracts. The BDM will work closely with clients to understand their requirements, conduct market analysis, and ensure all projects are completed within budget and timeline. Daily tasks include collaborating with the engineering team, preparing technical and commercial proposals, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development and client relationship management in the mechanical industry
• Strong skills in preparing and submitting bids, estimating project costs, and negotiating contracts
• Proficiency in conducting market analysis and understanding client requirements
• Technical knowledge in mechanical engineering and project management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with industry standards and compliance
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
