Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager (BDM) located in Chennai. The BDM will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, developing and implementing growth strategies, overseeing sales performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks will also include conducting market research, analyzing trends, and assessing the competition to inform business strategies.


Qualifications

Experience in Business Development and Sales Management

Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities

Skills in Client Relationship Management and Customer Satisfaction

Market Research, Trend Analysis, and Competitive Assessment

Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
