Role Overview

The BDM – International will be responsible for identifying global business opportunities, managing international clients, closing high-value deals, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and convert international leads (US, UK, Canada, Australia, Middle East, etc.)
• Develop and execute international sales strategies
• Handle end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, discovery calls, proposals, negotiation, and closures
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with international clients
• Conduct online meetings, demos, and presentations with global clients
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions
• Prepare proposals, cost estimates, and contracts
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports
• Coordinate with technical and delivery teams for project execution
• Stay updated on international market trends and competitor activities

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–4 years of experience in International Business Development / Sales
• Strong experience selling IT services (Web, Mobile App, SaaS, Digital Marketing, AI)
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Experience with international bidding platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Clutch, etc.) — plus point
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
• Proven track record of closing international deals
• Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)
• Ability to work with different time zones

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
