Job Title: Enterprise Solutions Sales Manager (DMS/CRM) Location: Gurgaon Experience: 5 to 8 years Employment Type: Full-Time Industry: Automotive / IT Solutions / Enterprise Software Reports To: Head of Sales / Regional Sales Director About the Role: We are seeking a highly driven Enterprise Solutions Sales Manager with a strong background in automotive sales and enterprise software (DMS/CRM) to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in expanding our footprint in the Indian automotive market by identifying, developing, and closing opportunities for Dealer Management Systems (DMS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions. Key Responsibilities: Drive business development efforts for Enterprise Solutions (DMS/CRM) in the assigned territory. Identify, map, and pursue new and existing customer accounts, with a focus on large enterprise clients. Set up meetings, deliver presentations, conduct product demonstrations, and lead technical discussions with CXO-level executives . Understand customer pain points and translate business needs into technology solutions. Negotiate terms and close sales opportunities with professionalism and precision. Work cross-functionally with technical, support, and delivery teams to strategize solutions and close deals. Ensure revenue generation and consistent follow-ups post-sales for billing, collections, and successful project implementation. Regularly track sales performance and strive to exceed quarterly, half-yearly, and annual targets. Required Qualifications: BE/B.Tech or MBA with a specialization in Sales, Marketing, or relevant technical domain. 5 to 8 years of experience in selling enterprise software solutions (ERP/PLM/DMS/CRM) within the automotive or discrete manufacturing industry . Strong understanding of the sales cycle , from lead generation to closure, including post-sales engagement. Proven success in B2B software sales , particularly within IT services, consulting, or software product companies . Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Experience in cold calling , prospecting, and handling large accounts independently. Preferred Skills: Deep understanding of product lifecycle management (PLM) , ERP , or application development services . Knowledge of IT services business models including managed services , implementation , application outsourcing , and infrastructure outsourcing . Familiarity with the West India market is a must .
