Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced BDM cum Delivery Lead to drive business growth and ensure seamless delivery in US IT recruitment. This dual-role position involves client acquisition, relationship management, and recruitment delivery leadership. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the US staffing market, proven business development skills, and hands-on experience in leading recruitment teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
Identify, target, and acquire new clients in the US IT staffing market.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate repeat business.
Negotiate contracts, rates, and service agreements with clients.
Recruitment Delivery:
Manage end-to-end delivery of client requirements through the recruitment team.
Ensure timely submission of quality profiles and successful candidate closures.
Mentor, guide, and monitor recruiters for performance and process compliance.
Maintain TAT (Turnaround Time) and meet client SLAs.
Leadership & Coordination:
Act as the bridge between clients and internal teams for smooth operations.
Drive performance metrics, reporting, and revenue targets.
Provide market insights and strategies for business growth.
Required Skills & Experience:
7+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment & Staffing, with at least 2+ years in a leadership/BDM role.
Strong network of US clients, direct vendors, and MSPs.
Excellent knowledge of US visa classifications, tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), and compliance.
Proven track record in client acquisition, team handling, and successful closures.
Strong communication, negotiation, and people management skills.
