Role Description

Both on-site and Off-site role for a Business Development Manager, located in Thiruvarur. The Business Development Manager will oversee identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and developing growth strategies aligned with Raibs’ mission. Responsibilities include conducting market research, generating leads, maintaining client accounts, crafting proposals, and spearheading contract negotiations. Collaboration with internal teams to align client needs with Raibs’ technical capabilities is a core part of this position.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Business Development, Sales, and Strategic Planning
  • Experience with Market Research, Lead Generation, and Client Relationship Management
  • Strong Presentation, Proposal Writing, and Negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to analyze market trends and align business strategies effectively
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the software/technology industry is highly desirable
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment
