Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquisition:

    Identify and acquire existing and potential new Sub-brokers, Franchisees, IFAs, and channel partners.
  • Partner Support:

    Handhold and work closely with partners to ensure scale-up, retention, and increased transactions. Facilitate the addition of new clients through various initiatives.
  • Customer Service:

    Deliver outstanding pre-sales and post-sales support to ensure partner satisfaction.
  • Opportunity Identification:

    Identify and capitalize on business opportunities aligned with company objectives.

Who You Are:

  • Any Graduate.
  • Experience in Franchise Acquisition in Stock Broking.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-centric mindset with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
