Job Description

1. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management

  • Identify and target potential clients, including individuals, businesses, or institutions.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.
  • Understand clients' financial needs and offer appropriate banking or financial solutions.

2. Sales and Revenue Generation

  • Promote and sell banking products such as loans, credit cards, insurance, and investment services.
  • Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Analyze market trends to position products effectively.

3. Market Research and Strategy

  • Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities.
  • Monitor competitor activities and industry developments.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies and campaigns.

4. Networking and Partnerships

  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to build connections.
  • Develop partnerships with real estate agents, brokers, and other referral sources for business leads.

5. Proposal and Pitch Development

  • Prepare customized presentations and proposals for prospective clients.
  • Lead negotiations and close deals with new clients or partners.

6. Coordination with Internal Teams

  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to deliver solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Provide client feedback to product teams to influence service improvement and innovation.

7. Compliance and Risk Management

  • Ensure all client acquisition and sales activities comply with banking regulations and company policies.
  • Perform due diligence and risk assessment for client onboarding.

8. Reporting and Performance Tracking

  • Maintain and update CRM systems with lead and client information.
  • Generate periodic reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
