Objective: The Sales & Marketing Intern will be responsible for assisting the organization in the development and implementation of its marketing, business development, and public relations plans. This will be accomplished through developing, maintaining and expanding marketing channels/methodologies to the professional community, educational professionals, industry and the public at large.
REQUIREMENTS
· Must have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail the, ability to prioritize in a changing environment
· Must have excellent interpersonal skills and follow- up skills Proactive problem prevention and issue resolution leadership ability Leadership potential
· Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point presentation skills, Internet, and Outlook required Ability to learn other software programs
· Strong verbal and written communication skills required
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· SEO activities (On-page/Off-page)
· Positive attitude to learn and grow
· Publishing content for a variety of media platforms like LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Google My Business etc.
· Willingness to work from our office (added advantage)
· Must be flexible and motivated to work in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong negotiation skills.
· As a Marketing person, the candidate should be innovative towards his work.
· Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
· Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
· Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
· Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays

RESPONSIBILITIES
· Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by our company.
· Understand the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service.
· Engages with customers or clients and provides service and/or sales.
· Assists in creating performance reports.
· Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets
· Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products
· Identifying opportunities for new business by following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.
· Reviewing client’s feedback and implementing necessary changes.
· Suggesting upgrades or added services that may be of interest to clients.
· Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays
· Manages the company’s social media accounts and posts content.
· To keep healthy relationships with clients, this mostly requires socialization.

QUALIFICATION
· MBA/Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
· Excellent organizational skills.
· Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Proficiency with data analysis, forecasting and budgeting.
NOTE
· Internship period will be of 3-months.
· 1-week trial is compulsory for interns and based on the trial review, we'll finalize the internship and stipend which would start from the day of internship confirmation.
· No Paid leave will be given
· Own laptop is required.
· In-office internship will be provided. No provision for remote or work from home.
