Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement data-driven demand generation campaigns targeting key industries such as Renewables, Biofuels, Process Skids / Modular Plants, Scan to BIM, Semiconductors, Chemicals, Power & Energy, Industrial Utilities, Water & Waste Water.
Lead a team of DG / BD executives and responsible for their performance and ensuring they meet their targets
Leverage content marketing, email outreach, LinkedIn campaigns to generate high-quality leads.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and delivery teams, to align demand generation strategies with business goals.
Drive Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to engage key decision-makers in target accounts.
Lead Generation & Pipeline Development
Identify, nurture, and convert leads through targeted engagement strategies.
Work closely with inside sales teams to optimize lead qualification and conversion processes.
Monitor and analyze lead performance metrics to refine demand generation strategies.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
Lead and mentor a team of demand generation specialists and inside sales professionals
Collaborate with Overall DG Team lead and Sales to create highly targeted outreach programs.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitive intelligence, and best practices in engineering services marketing.

Required Skills & Experience:

6+ years of experience in demand generation, B2B marketing, or lead generation for Engineering Services or similar industries (business domain: Industrial Plants, Process)
Proven expertise in Account-Based Marketing (ABM), inbound & outbound lead generation, and digital marketing.
Hands-on experience with Excel, LinkedIn, CRM (Salesforce)
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to track and optimize campaign performance.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in targeting global markets (North America, Europe) is a plus.
Candidate must be ready to work in international shift timings (1.00 PM 10.00 PM or 3.00 PM – 12.00 PM)
