Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement data-driven demand generation campaigns targeting key industries such as Renewables, Biofuels, Process Skids / Modular Plants, Scan to BIM, Semiconductors, Chemicals, Power & Energy, Industrial Utilities, Water & Waste Water.
  • Lead a team of DG / BD executives and responsible for their performance and ensuring they meet their targets
  • Leverage content marketing, email outreach, LinkedIn campaigns to generate high-quality leads.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and delivery teams, to align demand generation strategies with business goals.
  • Drive Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to engage key decision-makers in target accounts.
  • Lead Generation & Pipeline Development
  • Identify, nurture, and convert leads through targeted engagement strategies.
  • Work closely with inside sales teams to optimize lead qualification and conversion processes.
  • Monitor and analyze lead performance metrics to refine demand generation strategies.
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration
  • Lead and mentor a team of demand generation specialists and inside sales professionals
  • Collaborate with Overall DG Team lead and Sales to create highly targeted outreach programs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive intelligence, and best practices in engineering services marketing.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 6+ years of experience in demand generation, B2B marketing, or lead generation for Engineering Services or similar industries (business domain: Industrial Plants, Process)
  • Proven expertise in Account-Based Marketing (ABM), inbound & outbound lead generation, and digital marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with Excel, LinkedIn, CRM (Salesforce)
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to track and optimize campaign performance.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in targeting global markets (North America, Europe) is a plus.
  • Candidate must be ready to work in international shift timings (1.00 PM 10.00 PM or 3.00 PM – 12.00 PM)
