BDE (Business Development Executive)

Role Overview: You will be joining our team as a Business Development Executive based in our office in Vijayawada. Your primary responsibilities will include building and maintaining customer relationships, supporting the field sales team, and utilizing data and conversations to drive business growth. To excel in this role, you should possess strong communication skills, numerical aptitude, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for existing and potential customers, ensuring consistent communication and engagement through calls, emails, and digital platforms. - Identify customer needs, address queries and concerns promptly, and coordinate solutions effectively. - Collaborate closely with field sales executives to generate leads, track opportunities, and assist in closing deals. - Share customer insights and feedback with the field team to develop tailored sales strategies. - Assist in creating presentations, proposals, and follow-up documents for client meetings. - Collect, analyze, and report customer data, sales figures, and market trends to provide valuable business insights. - Research new markets, potential customers, and business opportunities to support business development activities. - Support lead qualification and pipeline management using CRM tools. - Help in marketing and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility. - Utilize numerical and analytical skills to interpret sales and customer data, evaluate revenue growth, and identify actionable strategies for growth. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and business opportunities. - Support internal coordination between sales, operations, and finance teams. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's in Business Management (BBM) with 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Food/FMCG sector. - Proficiency in English, Telugu, and Hindi is essential. Knowledge of other South Indian languages is an added advantage. Additional Details: The job is full-time and office-based. Benefits include health insurance and provident fund.
