Role Overview

As a BDA at IIM SKILLS, you will guide students in choosing the right professional course while driving admissions through strong consultative selling. This is a performance-driven sales profile focused on counselling, conversions and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

·      Counsel and guide prospective students regarding course offerings.

·      Convert leads through outbound calls, emails, WhatsApp, and follow-ups.

·      Understand student needs and recommend relevant programs.

·      Meet weekly and monthly admission targets.

·      Maintain CRM data accuracy and track daily conversions.

·      Build trust and deliver exceptional student experience.
