Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Associate (BDA) located in Noida. The BDA will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and collaborating with the marketing and sales teams. Additionally, the BDA will be involved in proposal writing, lead generation, and sales presentations to drive company growth and meet targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
• Knowledge of Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, and Creative Strategy
• Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the digital marketing industry is a plus
