Role Overview: We’re looking for a driven, talkative, and goal-oriented Business Development Associate who loves connecting with people and can turn conversations into conversions. You’ll help us expand our client base, close deals, and make travel sound irresistible. Key Responsibilities: • Identify and connect with potential clients and partners. • Pitch travel packages, experiences, and group trips. • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers. • Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets. • Collaborate with the marketing team to generate and follow up on leads. • Track, analyze, and report business growth metrics. Requirements: • Strong communication and negotiation skills. • Self-motivated with a hunger to grow. • Prior experience in sales, travel, or hospitality (preferred but not mandatory). • Comfortable with field and telephonic sales. • Freshers with the right attitude are welcome.
