Job Description
We are seeking a high impact, enterprise sales leader who will own growth across strategic accounts and drive expansion in cybersecurity solutions (SOC, SaaS, GRC, Threat Intelligence). This is a quota carrying role with significant autonomy, expected to contribute meaningfully to scale up journey.
A successful candidate will have prior experience closing large cybersecurity deals, engaging C level executives, and delivering consistent enterprise revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities Revenue & Quota
  • Own and exceed an annual sales quota of

    20 40 Cr

  • Maintain a robust pipeline with

    6 8 coverage

  • Drive ARR growth across product portfolios (SOC, SaaS, GRC)
Strategic Enterprise Sales
  • Engage and influence CXOs (CISO, CIO, CRO, Board) across verticals including BFSI, Healthcare, IT, Manufacturing
  • Lead long sales cycles from discovery and qualification to negotiation and closure
  • Position SECCURE s offerings in terms of risk mitigation, compliance, ROI, and business value
Account Management
  • Manage

    15 20 strategic enterprise accounts

  • Build detailed account plans, map stakeholders, and enable multi threaded relationships
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
  • Drive upsell, cross sell, and renewal initiatives
Ecosystem & Alliances
  • Work with MSPs, systems integrators, and cloud OEMs (AWS, Azure, GCP) on co sell engagements
  • Represent SECCURE at CXO forums, industry summits, and cybersecurity events
Collaboration & Support
  • Partner with pre sales engineers, marketing, delivery, and partner teams
  • Ensure smooth handoff to delivery and successful onboarding & renewals
Qualifications & Education Must Have
  • Bachelor s degree in Engineering (CS / IT / Electronics), Business Administration, Management, or equivalent
  • 8 to 12+ years of enterprise sales / business development experience in cybersecurity or related tech domains
Good to Have
  • MBA / PGDM (focus: Sales, Marketing, Strategy, IT) from Tier 1 or Tier 2 institutions
  • Prior closed deals of

    20 40 Cr+ annually

    in cybersecurity
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity domains (SOC, GRC, Threat Intelligence)
  • Certifications like

    CISM

    CCSP
