Job Opportunity: Manager / Senior Manager Marketing (Electronics / Defense / Aerospace) Location: Hyderabad Industry: Electronics / Defense / Aerospace (Manufacturing preferred) Experience Required: 4 to 7 Years Office Hours: 8:30 AM 5:30 PM Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday Off) About the Company We are a leading organization operating in the Electronics, Defense, and Aerospace industry. Position Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Manager / Senior Manager Marketing to lead our sales and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the defense, aerospace, or telecom sectors , particularly in handling techno-commercial bidding , government tenders , and project-based marketing . Key Responsibilities Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies for defense-grade and wireless communication products. Manage customer interactions including technical presentations, project discussions, and contract negotiations. Lead the preparation of techno-commercial bids for government and defense tenders. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, defense agencies, and industry stakeholders. Track and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and quality project execution. Candidate Profile Experience: 4 to 7 years in sales/marketing roles within defense, aerospace, telecom, or related manufacturing sectors. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with government procurement processes, defense project cycles, and public sector engagement. Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; strong understanding of techno-commercial proposals. Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field. MBA/PGDM in Marketing will be a plus.
