We help commuters find assured parking spaces, avail valet assistance, and access EV charging stations in an easy and reliable way. About the Role

Business Development Manager


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Manage and grow relationships with key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term engagement.
  • Conduct

    market research

    to identify new opportunities and monitor competitor activity.
  • Prepare and deliver

    sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations

    with clients.
  • Collaborate with

    marketing, technical, and operations teams

    to ensure seamless client onboarding and delivery
  • Achieve individual and team revenue targets

    through lead generation, deal closures, and account growth.
  • Build and manage large account relationships covering

    multiple properties and projects

    .
  • Stay updated on

    industry trends, product knowledge, and emerging technologies

    in the mobility and real estate space.


Qualifications & Skills

  • 1–3 years of experience in

    B2B sales, business development, or account management

  • Strong

    communication, negotiation, and client relationship management

    skills
  • Ability to work independently in a

    fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Strong written and oral communication skills

    in a client facing role
  • Self-motivated and target-driven

    , with a proven track record in achieving sales goals
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience

    in startups or firms operating in the

    tech space in F&B, hospitality, food delivery

    will be a plus
  • Field sales experience is a must

    as this role requires commuting within MMR region
  • Familiarity with

    CRM tools

    and sales reporting systems will be a positive
