The Business Development Executive position based in Hyderabad is a full-time role within the Sales/Business Development department. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for various key tasks: Lead Generation: Your primary responsibility will be to identify and engage potential clients such as schools, colleges, students, parents, and academic institutions through outbound calls, emails, social media outreach, and event participation. Client Outreach: You will be expected to effectively present and promote EdTech solutions to the educational sector through compelling communication strategies. Sales Pipeline Management: Your role will involve qualifying leads, scheduling product demos, and providing support to the sales team in closing deals. Relationship Building: You will play a crucial role in developing and nurturing strong relationships with stakeholders in the education ecosystem. CRM Usage: It will be essential for you to maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups using CRM systems like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce. Market Insights: Gathering and reporting on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback will be part of your responsibilities. Collaboration: You will collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure alignment in messaging and to provide valuable customer insights. To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - A minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation, preferably within the EdTech, SaaS, or related industries. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with regional language skills considered a plus. - Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills with a consultative sales approach. - Proficiency in working with CRM and sales automation tools such as Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce. - A Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Marketing, or a related field. - The ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a fast-paced team environment.,
