Key ResponsibilitiesMarket Research & Analysis

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify new clients and upcoming renewable energy trends.
  • Analyze competitor and market data to support expansion strategies.

Client Acquisition & Networking

  • Approach and engage prospective clients in India and abroad.
  • Develop and deliver impactful presentations and proposals.
  • Attend industry conferences, exhibitions, and trade shows to build networks and generate leads.

Tendering & Bidding Support

  • Identify relevant tenders, EOIs, and RFPs in the renewable energy sector.
  • Assist in preparing tender documentation, bid submissions, and compliance checklists.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to align commercial and technical submissions.
  • Track tender deadlines, clarifications, and post-bid follow-ups.

Sales & Client Relationship

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and explore opportunities for repeat business.
  • Assist senior BD officers in negotiating and closing deals.
  • Provide proactive client feedback to improve services.

Collaboration & Support

  • Work with marketing and technical teams to align BD efforts with organizational strategy.
  • Provide regular updates on market needs and client expectations.

Qualifications

  • Education: Postgraduate in Management (MBA/PGDM or equivalent) – First Class mandatory.
  • Experience: Freshers or up to 1 year of experience in business development, tendering, or client relations.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, conferences, and site visits.
  • Location Preference: Only candidates from Thane or nearby areas should apply.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
