We are inviting fresh graduate engineers from Thane District Only to join us as Trainee Engineers and begin their professional journey in a dynamic and learning-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior engineers in site supervision, project documentation, and technical analysis.
• Support preparation of drawings, BOQs, and reports under guidance.
• Participate in field surveys, inspections, and data collection activities.
• Perform basic design and analysis tasks using engineering software/tools.
• Contribute to quality checks, safety compliance, and material inspections.
• Coordinate with project teams, vendors, and contractors for assigned tasks.
• Maintain daily records, progress reports, and assist in project tracking.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics & Telecommunication.
• Year of Passing: 2024 onwards.
• Residency: Must be currently residing in Thane District (priority given to candidates from Navi Mumbai, Thane, Dombivli, Kalyan, Badlapur, Ambernath, Vasai-Virar, Bhiwandi, etc.).
• Experience: Freshers preferred (0–1 year).

Skills Required

• Basic knowledge of engineering concepts, design, and site execution.
• Familiarity with tools/software like AutoCAD, MS Office, MATLAB, PLC basics (added advantage).
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and travel to project sites as required.

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
