Role Description

The Barista is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by preparing high-quality beverages, maintaining store standards, and ensuring smooth daily café operations.

Key Responsibilites

• Ensure accurate billing and handle payments responsibly.
• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Manage inventory for daily operations; highlight low-stock items in advance.
• Follow all SOPs, safety guidelines, and brand service standards.
• Support team members during rush hours and contribute to overall store efficiency.
• Report equipment issues or operational concerns promptly.
• Prepare and serve all beverages according to brand recipes and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Prior barista or F&B experience preferred (training can be provided)
• Basic understanding of coffee equipment
• Flexibility to work morning/evening shifts, weekends, or event
