Company Description UNFLTR Coffee is a new age coffee brand which is meant to change how you drink coffee. We’re building India’s only coffee brand without filters and want to serve coffee as it is! Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Ambala for a Barista. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee beverages, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the café, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. They will engage with customers, take orders, handle payments, and provide prompt and courteous service. The Barista will also assist with inventory management and contribute to a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Qualifications Experience as a Barista and in Food Preparation Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities Proven Customer Service skills A keen attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Previous experience in the hospitality or food and beverage industry is a plus
