Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Barista located in Ambala. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee beverages, maintaining cleanliness of work areas, ensuring quality and consistency in coffee-making techniques, and providing excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities include taking customer orders, handling payments, and maintaining an inviting atmosphere for guests.

Qualifications

• Experience with coffee-making and Barista skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities
• Experience in Food Preparation and knowledge of standard safety protocols
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and adapt to the brand's standards and culture
• Prior experience in a hospitality or food service role is beneficial
