Barista

About the Role:

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and passionate Barista to join our café team. As a Barista, you will be the face of our café, responsible for preparing high-quality beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and delivering excellent customer service to ensure every guest has a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages in accordance with company recipes and standards
• Operate espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other café equipment
• Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the café area at all times
• Assist in maintaining stock levels and placing inventory orders as needed
• Handle customer complaints or queries in a friendly and professional manner
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Support the team in opening/closing duties and general upkeep
• Promote any seasonal or special menu items
• Maintain a cheerful and cooperative attitude under pressure

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Barista or in a similar role (preferred but not mandatory)
• Passion for coffee and customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:

• Barista certification or training (optional)
• Familiarity with POS systems
• Interest in learning and experimenting with new beverages

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,395.73 - ₹25,420.36 per month
